We are proud to announce that we have selected and hired five software engineering interns for our 2018 Summer Internship Program.
Jared Wrate has been hired from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. He is studying Computer and Electrical Engineering Technology with a minor in Computer Science. After graduation in May, he hopes to be involved in a software and electrical related position within the government or a government-related company.
Garett Begnoche has been hired from Mohawk Valley Community College. He is a sophomore pursuing a degree in Computer Science. Garett hopes to continue his education in Computer Science while learning practical skills from his internship.
Keith Fosmire recently graduated from SUNY Oswego’s Computer Science program. Keith is a US Air Force and US Army Veteran who has served his country through 6 deployments throughout the Middle East and a tour in South Korea. His goals are to hone his software development skills, develop and sell apps. He and his wife, Alisa, plan to start a family.
Margaret Pliazhuk has been hired from Mohawk Valley Community College where she is pursuing a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics. Margaret’s goals as an intern are to improve her skills, assist in projects, and help her to decide on which career path she would like to pursue.
Luke Krentz has been hired from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. He is currently a sophomore studying computer science and software engineering. Luke’s goals are to continue his education and build a strong work ethic during his internship.
Our paid internship program is for local-area students pursuing degrees in the fields of Computer Science, Software Engineering, and related fields. The students began their internships at various times throughout January 2018. They will be responsible for assisting software developers with full-stack development, software testing, and technology research.
